The Cybernetic Eye is an unsplicable face item which was added as part of Player Appreciation Week 2015 Day 7.
Function

When equipped, this item grants the Eye Beam|Eye Beam mod, which allows the player to punch one tile further, though they will also deal lesser damage to blocks as a side effect. It will also replace the player's normal punching effect with a laser beam fired from their eyes.
