How to make the Staff: Place 5 Cliffside vertically and 1 Orange Block on top of the 5 Cliffsides. After that, splice a Poppy Seed with a Wooden Background Seed on the Orange Block.
The Wizard's Staff can also be used to make the Emerald Staff by dropping the Wizard's Staff, a Transmog Crystal, and 20 Emerald Blocks in a Chemical Combiner .
