The Winter Wind is an unsplicable non-solid pushing foreground block which was added as part of WinterFest 2015.
Function
As it is a pushing block, when a player touches a placed Winter Wind, the player will be pushed away according to the direction the block is placed.

- In the Carnival game Spiky Survivor, punching an empty space causes a Winter Wind to appear.
