The Cactus is an item that hurts you on contact. Every time you run into it, you will let out circles of stars, like Acid, Shockinator, and take some damage.
Base damage from Acid, Lava, Lava Cube, Party Cacti, Shockinators and Cacti themselves are all equivalent, they each take five consecutive hits to kill you.
