When equipped, the Celestial Lance grants the Celestial Lance mod, which allows the player to kill zombies during a Pandemic. It will also replace the player's punching animation with golden beam. Breaking an active Demon Crystal using a Celestial Lance will drop a Celestial Halo.

Step 14 of the Quest For Candour requires the player to deliver 3 of this item.
