- Personal Storm Cloud is a reference to "Zeus the Thundercloud" in Japanese manga and anime series One Piece. Both Zeus and Personal Storm Cloud is based on cumulonimbus with a smiling face, that turns dark with red eyes and shoots lightning when angry.
