When equipped, the Phoenix Armor grants the Speedy : Phoenix Armor mod, which allows the player to move faster on land. Additionally, this item can stack with up to two other Speedy clothing items and respawning will produce a unique flaming effect.

Step 18 of the Quest Of The Mech requires the player to deliver 1 of this item.
