When equipped, the Slithering Serpent Hair grants the Punch Damage: SNAKEY SNAP! mod, which allows the player to break blocks faster. The item also replaces the fist with blue goo when punching.
The The Seven Seas : A Tale of Tentacles! mission requires 10 of this item.
Trivia
- The Slithering Serpent Hair replaced the Giant Eye Head from the Gross-Out update for being "too gross".
