well... the item is the useless item in gt :/ why? because even you have any worlds (people are in, private world, not famous world) you could use a few Huge Locks to lock around Main Door (white door) block Main Door and then you just need to do /kickall and then break your world lock after that you can place whereever you want. so this item is useless and expensive... but though it still have its own advantage :) like if many people are being co-owner of your world and you are lazy to access those co-owner one by one after you remove the world lock then you must need this Lock Mover :D
