The Twin Swords is an unsplicable hand item which was added as part of the Daily Challenges update on November 18, 2015.

When equipped, the Twin Swords grants the Slasher mod, which allows the player to kill zombies during a Pandemic. It will also replace the player's punching animation with sword slashes.
