The Nutcracker
The Nutcracker is an NPC that was added on WinterFest 2018. The Nutcracker can be found on the right side of the world GROWCH and only appears during WinterFest. It is only accessible after finishing the parkour located above the world GROWCH. The Nutcracker allows players to purchase items from him for locks, similar to Locke The Salesman.

Royal Winter Wonders

During WinterFest 2019, Royal Winter Seals were introduced, collectable items which upon receiving would give players special rewards through the Royal Winter Wonders (accessible when a player wrenches themselves). Royal Winter Seals are obtainable either from using Winterfest Cracker, using a Deluxe Winterfest Cracker, from purchasing Gems through in-app purchases, or by doing the Daily Quest.

Changes
- For normal players, the cost of Broadcasting has increased by 2x while for Supporters, the cost of Broadcasts, Super Broadcasts and Custom Broadcasts have increased by 1.5x.
- The Winter Wish List button can be found at the upper-left corner of the screen.
- Players can earn wishes by accomplishing different tasks to earn Royal Winter Seals, Winter Wishes, and Special Winter Wishes.

The Hospital Curtain is an unsplicable non-solid foreground block which was added as part of the Growtopia General Hospital update on November 22, 2013.
Function
When placed, the Hospital Curtain serves a purely aesthetic purpose.
Trivia
- The Hospital Curtain is based on a real-life object with the same name, which is typically used in a medical treatment facility in order to provide a private enclosure for patients.
- As part of the Block Party 2 update, the quantity of Hospital Curtains obtained from surgery was increased from 1 to 5.
- Hospital Curtain has a redesigned version: Mage's Curtains.
