The naming of some carnival rings are not consistent.
I'm talking about the capitalisation of the letter 'O' in 'of'. For example, the Ring Of Smithing has a capital 'O' in 'Of'. However, in Ring of Wisdom, it has a small 'O' in 'of'.
No, don't tell me that it's the page name's fault. Look at the image of the description of the two rings (found in their respective pages).
