The uzxi's Cultist Locket is an unsplicable chest item which was added as a part of Player Appreciation Week 2025 on September 18, 2025.

When equipped, the uzxi's Cultist Locket grants the Double Jump + Punch Range : uzxi's Cultist Locket mod, which allows the player to jump a second time in mid-air, punch one tile further, and switch between its wearable form and its morph form by wrenching oneself and clicking 'Transform'.

- uzxi's Cultist Locket is a recolored version of Datemaster's Heart Locket, but it lacks the visual effects.
