The Slithering Serpent Hair is an unsplicable hair clothing which was added as part of the Mutant Kitchen update.

When equipped, it grants the player the Punch Damage: SNAKEY SNAP! mod which allows the player to break blocks faster while replacing the fist with blue goo when punching.
Trivia
Slithering Serpent Hair replaces the Giant Eye Head from Gross-Out due to being "too gross".
