The second Rollback Plaque is an item released and available for the weekend of October 5th, 2013, dubbed the Apology Weekend, and as compensation for the second rollback. It was made by splicing Cave Background and Sign seeds together.

When it was available, the plaque would drop itself or its seed when broken. This was changed after the event to not drop anything, which gave the seeds a value of their own as a collector's item.
