The Rollback Plaque II was a rollback plaque introduced during October 5th of 2013 when a Rollback occurred.
When it was available, the plaque would drop itself or its seed when broken. This was changed after the event to not drop anything, which gave the seeds a value of their own as a collector's item.
It was made by splicing Cave Background and Sign seeds together.
Design
The seed icon on it is a reference to Null_seed which caused the second Rollback.
