Fish Tank is a splicable background which was added on September 11, 2015 during the Fishin' Pack Update. 10 of them can also be obtained from the said pack for 10,000 gems. It is used to store fish which may be inserted or removed via a Fish Tank Port. It is the mid-tier best farmable thanks to the amount of hits it takes to break it and high increasing capabilities.
It gives 0-10 gems and 9 XP per block, making it good to gain XP for 1-40 Level players. It gets high value weeks before Harvest Festival and even more during the event itself. It have less than one day growing, so its not recommended having more than 2000 seeds, because it consumes lots of time, and effort break more than 7000 blocks everyday.

- If the graphic settings are lowered, the fish may become invisible.
- Fish Tank is commonly referred by players as "ftanks".
- You should be careful to not lose blocks by putting background blocks while farming or by people replacing it with Cave Backgrounds.
- It is one of the game's most popular farmable.
