When equipped, the Neptune's Crown grants the Punch Range + Build Range: Neptune's Crown mod, which allows the player to punch one tile further and build one tile further.

Step 16 of the Quest For Honor requires the player to deliver 1 of this item. 1 Growie Award may also be used as an alternative.
