Quest	In-game quotes	Actual requirements
Delivering items	Your task is to bring me <quantity> of them <item> things! →   Deliver <quantity> <item> →   You have none to deliver!	Deliver an arbitrary amount of a certain item to The Ringmaster.
Harvesting trees	You must pluck <quantity> rarity worth of delicious fruit from any tree! I don't want the fruit, I'm just mad that it's up there! (For example, if you smash a rarity-50 tree and get 3 fruit from it, you get 150 points) →   The fruit is no more! →   I will go pick fruit!	Harvest an arbitrary amount of trees to meet the total rarity requirement. For example, a Lava has a rarity of 1. If the quest requires the player to harvest trees that have a total of 4,000 rarity, they would need to harvest enough Lava Trees to obtain 4,000 Lava.
Planting trees	You must plant <quantity> rarity worth of trees! (For example, if you plant a tree of rarity 50, you get 50 points. A Dirt Tree is 1 point because it is rarity 1) →   I have planted them all! →   I will go plant more!	Plant an arbitrary number of seeds to meet the total rarity requirement. For example, a Lava Seed has a rarity of 1. If the quest requires the player to plant trees that have a total of 4,000 rarity, they would need to plant 4,000 Lava Seeds.
Breaking blocks	You must crush <quantity> blocks for me! I don't care what kind! →   I bashed 'em good! →   Keep on smashing!	Break an arbitrary amount of blocks.
Breaking blocks (rarity)	You must pummel <quantity> rarity worth of blocks! Destroy! (For example, if you smash a block of rarity 50, you get 50 points. A Dirt block is 1 point because it is rarity 1) →   No block can beat me! →   I will go smash more!	Break an arbitrary amount of blocks to meet the total rarity requirement. For example, Lava has a rarity of 1. If the quest requires the player to break blocks that have a total of 4,000 rarity, they would need to break 4,000 Lava blocks.
Killing players	Prove your might by trouncing <quantity> Growtopians! You can pummel them in Games or in Deathmatch events. →   I am the champion! →   Let's see your moves!	Defeat an arbitrary amount of players by punching them in worlds with an active Game Generator or a Deathmatch! special event.
Earning XP	Here's a freeform quest for you - I don't care what you do, just earn <quantity> XP doing it! →   I have learned! →   I'm on my way!	Earn an arbitrary amount of XP by using any method.
Delivering gems	It's traditional to grease the palm of an old carnie such as myself if you want to loosen up one of these rings in the hopes of it falling into your pocket...What I mean by that is, give me <quantity> Gems. Now. →   Deliver <quantity> Gems →   ?	Deliver an arbitrary amount of gems to The Ringmaster.
Delivering World Locks	Your task is to bring me <quantity> of them World Lock things! →   Deliver <quantity> World Lock →   You have none to deliver!	Deliver an arbitrary amount of World Locks to The Ringmaster.
Performing surgery	Do some good for the world. Save <quantity> ailing Growtopians by performing surgery! →   Saving lives is what I do →   You haven't helped enough!	Successfully perform an arbitrary amount of surgeries.
Winning Carnival games	I do have this lovely carnival all around me. How about you win <quantity> carnival games? →   I guess they weren't rigged! →   Aren't those rigged?	Win an arbitrary number of Carnival games.
Harvesting providers	I need you to go pick up some groceries for me. Collect <quantity> items from Providers. (Providers are items like Science Stations and Cows, that give you an item on a regular basis) →   I'm a cow-puncher! →   I'm on my way!	Harvest produces from an arbitrary number of providers, such as Chickens and Coffee Makers.
Earning Growtokens	Prove your skill! Earn <quantity> Growtokens! You can keep the Growtokens, I'm more popular than you can imagine! →   I am talented! →   I will quest onward!	Earn an arbitrary amount of Growtokens.
Defeating villains	This town just isn't safe! Can you defeat <quantity> villains? →   My hero! →   I'm on my way!	Defeat an arbitrary amount of villains.
Shattering crystals	I want you to achieve inner peace. Shatter <quantity> crystals that are in harmonic resonance. →   Does your hand hurt? →   I'm on my way!	Punch an arbitrary amount of harmonized crystals, thus breaking them.
Using a Geiger Counter	Let's see how good you are at finding stuff. Go collect <quantity> radioactive items with a Geiger Counter. You can keep them! →   These feel warm! →   I'm on my way!	Collect an arbitrary number of radioactive items using a Geiger Counter, such as Radioactive Chemicals and crystals. Uranium Blocks found at GEIGERHILLS don't count.
Fishing	I hate fish. Could you go catch <quantity>lbs of fish? You can keep them, I just wanna know they suffered. →   I caught em! →   Get them no-good fish!	Fish an arbitrary amount of weight (in lbs) of any fish.
Preparing fossils	Process <quantity> fossils for me! →   I uncovered the past! →   Get to digging!	Punch an arbitrary number of fossils (basic Fossils or Polished Fossils) in a Fossil Prep Station when it is ready to be harvested.
Training fishes	I wish someone would whip those unruly fish back into line. Go train <quantity> fish for me! →   I trained em all! →   Train them unruly fish!	Finish an arbitrary amount of fish training.
Defeating Boss Ghosts	Banish <quantity> Boss Ghost for me! →   I've banished them! →   Who you gona call?	Deal damage to an arbitrary amount of Boss Ghosts. The player needs to stay until the Boss Ghost is fully banished.
Splicing DNA	Splice DNA into <quantity> prehistoric thing for me! You can keep them, I just want to see them brought back to life. →   ? →   Go make life from rocks!	Splice DNA strands in a DNA Processor to make an arbitrary amount of prehistoric items.
